Great service! Just have one question. Our son says that we should have rotors replaced instead of repairing the "rotors", whatever that is, I should have the rotors replaced because "the cost is the same". I have no idea what he is talking about. Any comments?

Technician took off skid plate on bottom of truck during oil change. 4 of the 5 bolts broke off. They said they can drill and tap new holes but it would be $70 per hole. I’m assuming they used an impact drill to get out the bolts. After they broke the first bolt they should have used a different method. I was very surprised they wanted to charge me for the repairs. I have been going to Toyota for maybe 10 years for services.

The person who brought my car back to my workplace left it running. It had been running for approximately 4 hours by the time I realized. He also left his trash in the car. Very disappointing considering I paid for the VIV and the service.

The service advisor (Logan> is doing a good job but I dont know about your technician. It seems like they could not fix my car. I just got my car back today (after replacing brake pads, rotors and transmission for 3 weeks total) and was told that the issues has been taken care of. They said they did some test drive and the clicking sound heard when starting the engine and upon driving slow where gone. But when I drove it and got home the clicking noise still heard. I called and talked to Lydia about this and trying to talk to Logan but she said Logan is on the other line and will just relay the message to him but havent gotten any call back.
