I was by the trendy definition “mansplained “ to about the problem with my car. I knew the problem and understood the process of diagnosis before repair but I did feel discounted and my questions weren’t answered fully.

Yes, I am coming back . My car is making a grinding noise. I had my brakes done feb 21 brake pads and brakes. I took my car on March 25 because they were making grinding noise and sounded awful. Called today to have them see my car because of this noise again that makes grinding noise seems like my brakes are worse then when I brought the car in the first time. I scared to drive my van.

Vehicle has been in multiple times, got charged this time for something that did not fix the vehicle. Now have to wait multiple weeks for a part could have been ordered in February.
