I was frustrated that they didn’t find the source of the issue with my blind spot monitor, only told me it was turned off. Whenever it is turned on, the error message shows up. I don’t want to just turn it off to make the error message go away, I would like to be able to leave it on and use the feature as intended. The lady who helped me at the end finally seemed to understand what I was saying when I showed her, but I wasn’t going to leave my van there even longer at that point.

I know that you’re not very happy with my oil change package. I am aware that you lose money every time I show up for an oil change. My next truck purchase will be a 3/4 ton or heavier.

Logan was Patient and address my concerns. He followed up at regular intervals to communicate and he advocated for me for the things that I wanted. He got in my car early on Friday which is something that I really want it. He did a great job and deserves a raise.
