I scheduled my appt strictly for an oil change. When I called I asked for an oil change and when I walked in the door I said “I have an oil change scheduled”. It wasn’t until after my car was worked on and completed they told me there was no oil change done today, it was only the Toyota care maintenance. Why wouldn’t anyone tell me prior to my appt that they didnt do an oil change? If I scheduled an oil change then that’s exactly what I want and I don’t care if Toyota thinks different. This was not Lydia’s fault, the very unfriendly man (tall dark hair) who took my key when I came in was the same man I told I have an oil change scheduled at 115 should have told me that wasn’t actually my appt.

Cliff was very professional and listened to what I had to say about the problem. Liquid under my car was not mine!! Problem solved on Friday, then Saturday morning had a flat tire! Cliff said he would check it out and fix if possible. Two nails later the tire was fixed!!! Stressful incident was defused by Cliff snd he lowered my anxiety level. Greatly appreciated!!
