I was very pleased with Logan, and everyone at Toyota Of Danville during my recent service. I had an issue that presented with a simple fix but ended up being quite complicated and took far more time than anyone expected. Logan did a great job of keeping me in the loop, and made sure I got a loaner. I would definitely recommend their service department to others!

Helpful fast and very professional I want to thank cliff for the lug socket that he gave me for my aftermarket lug nuts on my tundra it’s my pleasure to bring both my Toyota vehicles in for service they answer any question or concerns I have in a professional manner. Thanks again cliff hopefully I’ll show you some catfish pictures next time I’m in there your valued customers mr. & mrs. parson And Logan is a very professional young man too

My service was completed on Thursday 9/7/23. On Friday I drove to Champaign. Upon arriving home I smelled a burning rubber smell when I opened the door and smoke was pouring out of my hood. My husband checked under the hood and soon discovered the oilcap laying on the front edge by the radiator. Oil had sprayed out all over my engine. I have photos and a video to document. Since it was Friday, I couldn't get service repairs done until Monday. So I had to deal with th burning smell each time I drove my vehicle. The major inconvenience was that the oil leaked out on my garage floor and on my brand new concrete driveway and is leaving a stain. I was only offered $20 off on my next Service as compensation. I feel this is inadequate for the amount I paid for service and for the degree of inconvenience that I have suffered. Especially since I doubt that I will ever choose Toyota of Danville with the service of my vehicle because my trust in their abilities has been shaken.

You are lucky that I am still a customer and Lydia is one of the reasons and a young service male (who I cannot remember his name) is the other. You had the laziest group of guys working (hanging around). I began checking out other options and writing corporate office. Here is a statement I heard “why does so and so get all the grandma’s.” And I had a scheduled appointment with someone, I arrived on time and was told I would have to wait because the person was busy. I waited and waited and then was told he was too busy and would not be available. Why make an appointment?
