I was informed that it would be 180$ to replace a singular rusty bolt to secure a loose heat shield you guys really think you’re funny huh? There was nothing wrong with said bolt thank god I didn’t fall for the game played here today we unscrewed the bolt and put on a piece of scrap metal as a substitute for a bigger washer and it’s as brand new no issues I understand it’s a business and y’all gotta make money but if I wanted scammed I’d answer a call from Iran. No need to contact me just do right next time

Car service was good. I sat on the bench outside and it was not securely anchored to the ground and tipped over causing me to fall and severely injuring my ankle and back. Going forward It should be secured in a better way to prevent further accidents and injuries.
