I was charged a $150 diagnostic fee to have my airbag light looked at the problem was never fixed nor did the service worker find out why the airbag light was on. I paid $150 for no reason because the problem was not “diagnosed”. My family has been loyal to this company for years and I feel like I was treated poorly today. However, my gas tank door did get replaced and Logan was amazing. He did nothing wrong, the fee was out of his control.

The Toyota Corolla that I bought from you guys started making a ton of noise from the exhaust. It would not move, and when my tow arrived it would not even start. After looking at the vehicle they charged me $175 to tell me there was nothing wrong, in addition to the $100 for the tow. They proceeded to ask if I wanted to pay them another $600 to do the spark plugs and fuel injectors, which you should have done before selling it to me. After purchasing the vehicle, I learned the key fob didn't work and the first time I brought it in you suggested I buy another key from you for $300. I just bought 2 vehicles from you including the Corolla and a brand new RAV4 but I'm pretty sure you lost my business forever.
