Mr. Taylor has picked up my vehicle a couple times now and is always kind, courteous, and professional. He is efficient and always gets my car back to me in a timely manor and in great condition. I’ve enjoyed working with him and am very impressed by his hard work and personable demeanor.

I was charged a $150 diagnostic fee to have my airbag light looked at the problem was never fixed nor did the service worker find out why the airbag light was on. I paid $150 for no reason because the problem was not “diagnosed”. My family has been loyal to this company for years and I feel like I was treated poorly today. However, my gas tank door did get replaced and Logan was amazing. He did nothing wrong, the fee was out of his control.

The Toyota Corolla that I bought from you guys started making a ton of noise from the exhaust. It would not move, and when my tow arrived it would not even start. After looking at the vehicle they charged me $175 to tell me there was nothing wrong, in addition to the $100 for the tow. They proceeded to ask if I wanted to pay them another $600 to do the spark plugs and fuel injectors, which you should have done before selling it to me. After purchasing the vehicle, I learned the key fob didn't work and the first time I brought it in you suggested I buy another key from you for $300. I just bought 2 vehicles from you including the Corolla and a brand new RAV4 but I'm pretty sure you lost my business forever.

Asked them to change oil, rotate tires, and give me replacement wiper blades. They called and recommended new tires and replace air filters. I told them to replace air/cabin filters but not the tires. The receipt says they inflated the tires, they did not and this is the 2nd time they’ve marked it done and it isn’t done. Last time was when they rotated and balanced them without ever inflating them but it was marked completed on that receipt. This time my tires had 29 & 30 pressures and I believe it’s supposed to be 36. I know it’s lower when it’s cold but my 1hr drive last night showed them still at 29 & 30. Also they didn’t replace the air filters as I asked them to do. It’s still on their recommended list. This was probably my last time at Toyota of Danville.
