The fact that you request to replicate an issue is unfair to the customer, especially if I have a video as proof. You did not bother to ask me to view the video. Your focus was replicating and getting my car out of your hair ASAP. Then you tell me a Nissan Engineer is onsite and will look at my car, then you clean it up and say he didn't have time to diagnose it. I do not appreciate the way I was treated by Chris De Leon and Yoni Gonzalez at Downey Nissan. Also, I dont appreciate the way I was treated by Ozzie back in May because he provided me with incorrect information. This is the reason I am upset and unsatisfied with your services. And when I explained this to both Chris and Yoni they made it seem as I was lying. You made me feel like I was trying to get a freebie and disregarded my situation. I will never go back to Downey Nissan and will NOT recommend to my friends and family. You guys are definitely full of it. And if you're not happy with your jobs, please get new ones. I hope that Downey Nissan moves towards hiring competent employees who know how to interact and communicate with customers.

I lose pressure on a tire. I was told I had to replaced it. I see the recommendations and it had a fixing price of $30. Last I knew, my tires are covered on the bumper to bumper coverage that I have. It took about an hour and a half to get the car back and wasn’t properly washed. It even had some of the writing they did on the windshield. Very poor job washing the car, again
