It's too late now, but I was misled as to the final deliverables.
I liked the service that was provided. I liked especially the positive attitude Herby provided throughout the service.
Since the first I dropped my car for service I never felt comfortable with the service advisor, they look like a robot , probably they know about the job, but they aren’t friendly, they must to understand that they are treating people not objects. I just picked up my car yesterday and the service advisor never explained what you did it or what is the warranty or something like that even as a courtesy he should say thank you for bring your car or call me if you have any concern, he only told me sign here and go to cashier to pay. Everyone need to take class of customer service except the service manager. Thanks

I brought my car in for check engine light. They did intake cleaning, brake flush. 100miles later my light comes back on. I travel for work and rely on my car. I already contacted you guys and will bring it back when i can. I just don’t think my car was inspected correctly, just sold additional things.
He did well above and beyond

He was very attentive and despite the fact that my car needed many services, he helped me to get the most urgent ones.
