I think some of the service reps need to review what services are offered online when a customer is making an appointment. I’m making out appt online we choose an oil change and inspect air conditioning system. When I arrived I was told there was no such thing available telling me I would have to do the a/c service for $159.99. Mr. Padilla wrote up our service request correctly having the air conditioning inspected as per the service appointment request.

I am not just saying this and I am not exaggerating when I say that this was the best place I have ever experienced when getting my car serviced. NORY is THE BEST. EXCELLENT. She was so patient with me. I had a lot of Questions. It puts you at ease when you have someone who knows what they’re doing and has the answer to all your questions with a genuine attitude of wanting to help like she did. And also like Isaac did. Service was unbelievably prompt and courteous. Thank God I found Downey Nissan.
Looking at my vehicle closely I encountered 2 dents in the rear bumper. These dents appear to be from a grill of another Nissan vehicle. This was very irresponsible on behalf of the staff. I know that the bumps were not there prior to service.
Andres has great customer service, very polite.
Not sure the name of the guy, however ,he informed me of what was included with the oil change. And explained the details. I only expected an oil change and was grateful of all the extra included. He was courtesy and answered my questions. The best thing about it was that the service was pretty quick which was much appreciated.
