I need to know if the alternator was replaced, as I asked 25 Oct at 6pm.
Unfortunately, my vehicle broke down again as I was driving home from the dealership. I don’t blame the dealership or Maury, but I’m not satisfied until I get confirmation on what was done. I was told the alternator was replaced, but my receipt had “replace alternator” under declined or not done.
