Had me waiting 3 hours for my vehicle and when I went out to question it they couldn’t find paperwork I was late to pick up my son and daughter it was a mess never went through that before very bad experience

I was very well taken care of and I hope that in the future they will not try to force maintenance customers that are not needed, that should be optional, it is the only thing that I did not like about Nissan's service, otherwise everything is fine.

I just noticed that I’m missing my hot pink stem valve cap from the tire that was removed during service. Any chance someone can find it?
