I brought my car in for break service . I explained the situation to Nory. I explained that the car is paid for by the company I work for and all charges are not worried about and safety comes first in our company. She told me the breaks were good and there was no charge . Within 30 minutes of having the car the breaks repeated the problem . I called the service department and was told she was on lunch. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever came across . When i got the car back I had to remove greasy paper and covid filed plastic from my car myself while the group of employees watched me from their service booth . What a shame this is

I was not aware from previous oil changes that certain things needed to be done to the car. Was just informed today and it’s very difficult when I have lost my job and financially going through hardship. Would of been Nice if I was informed the day(S) of prior services, now I have my vehicle that needs $600 worth of maintenance. This worries me but it would of been nice to have been informed ahead of time.
