$170 labor charges for a 10 min job is a ridiculous a complete robbery ..
I took my car to get oil change and filter. They did inspection but did not fix or let me know what issues my car had. I had a light turn on saying tire pressure but was not fixed. Also I took car to another tire place and said my back driver side tire had a nail. I was not told also about my battery leaking when I asked about that he said I can drive a couple of months like that but I remembered I had warranty for battery with you guys. I was disappointed with customer service that day.
Charlie was exceptional on my visit. Charlie was very busy but never lost his attentiveness to customers and me. He was the only one there helping and Customers and was very professional and approached every single customer with carisma and very helpful. Thank you Charlie Trejo and Yoni Gonzalez for always making me feel at home.

It is sad to know how low you can go in order to protect your **** and the inferior quality of the product that you represent and then pass the blame to the customer that uses your product . It is a disgrace that you try to milk as much as possible the costumer.
