Our unhappiness is not with Andre's. He was great helping my wife. She was really satisfied with his help & attention. We are displeased with your courtesy wash. They have left my car worse each time. I'd rather you don't wash it anymore.

Absolutely loved the service I don’t know why I went to universal city. Was in and out within an hour and they allowed me to wait inside with free refreshments such as coffee and water. Comfortable seating. Love how they also sent me a video explaining what was being done to my car as well as what I need to have changed and so fourth. Extremely pleased you guys are AWESOME

Completely satisfied with customer service. Customer service representative contact me to inform me that the car was ready and that there was a mechanic available to test drive the car to make sure that the car was running good with out making noise. The mechanic explain that if the car continue to make any type of noise to please bring it back into the dealership. Both the mechanic and the service representative were very respectful and courteous. Excellent service.

Very disappointed. Nissan had me going back and forth for multiple days during the past week. Each visit to the service department i was told i could not be helped that day and had to return the following day to be helped. Two different people and the service manger were not very helpful. They insisted to keep my car for more time, already having kept it for two days.
