There was no guidance when I arrived. Once someone helped me, I said I had an appointment at 10:15am. Looks like the representative don't get a list of appointments and why they are their. I had to explain i had a recall on my car. He than sent me to someone else. Than that person was handling multiple things at once instead of helping one person at a time. Once my car was finished and was there for pick-up; it took 30 min to get car.
