Inconveniences that can be helped by customer service. No one wants to have to go to the dealership and pay to fix things on a car purchased less than 2 years ago and find out you have to pay out of pocket for fixes because I’m at 42k miles. If I’m going to pay dealership prices for services. I want to feel like I was given the highest quality treatment For choosing and not going to another mechanic or dealership. The day I dropped it off, I waited in line to get service when I had an appointment set for 5:30pm. Finally get service from Maury to drop off my car. He’s taking his time and talking with other coworkers and lagging to come back so that I could finally go home. He’s a nice guy, don’t get me wrong. Nothing personal but he makes the commitment of calling me the next day before 12pm and says I can take the car home in the evening after payment. He never calls. I did however get the videos at 10am from the mechanic telling me what was wrong. I finally call Maury at 1:50pm and left a message. No call back. I call again at 4:00pm, he answers and he tells me that he just has to get the information on my car together and he would call me right back. Before hanging up, he asked if I got a text and I said I did and said he’d call me back. He finally calls me back at like close to 6pm. So the whole was wasted waiting on him and a day without my car. So then we go over prices and everything and we settle on the work. He then tells me he’ll have the guy work on it early in the morning and he would call me 9am. The next day I got a text and I had another dude, hand me the receipt. Also as a medical assistant, I saw a lot of employees not wearing their masks properly, and just texting on their phones. This type of inefficiency cause med to have to take lyft a everyday for an extra day. I’m tired of less than mediocre service.
