Brought car in with check engine light on. Was told they were going to run a quick diagnostic test to see what is going on. Phoned to tell me would cost over $1,200 to fix - car isn't even worth $1,200. Told them wanted car back. Said bill was $285 for the diagnostic test. Really? So, what do you do - pay the bill and get out of there. Rip off. Will never use again - none of my friends will use either.

Mr.Hussey assured me that I would be well taken care of. Unfortunately, my car had to be with Ford for a little while. Rob kept me updated throughout the process. I felt like I was working with a family member on my car, and not a dealership. Rob made me feel valued and genuinely cared for.
