The only issue I had was I delivered my F150 to you at 09:00 and I was told That the service department was backed up a full day, which I had no problem with. I was told that I would be contacted with an update by two the next day. 24 hours after that update time I had to call to find out what was the status of my truck was and found out I needed to wait for a call back. Just a call to let me know it would be another day and I would of had no problem. Other than that I was very satisfied with my experience. Thank you and have a good day.

Woody took care of my cars problem and followed up with me like he said he would. Excellent customer service from him. The only thing I find interesting is that my car was serviced and inspected on Jun1st. The following day my car ended up needing a new battery because of a dead cell. Why was that not caught during the service from the previous day? however, I am completely satisfied with the service they provided and will go back again. Thank you.
