I had made an appointment to get the roof rails on my vehicle changed out per the recall I was sent,only to be told they don't have the new rails for my car. I was called and an appointment was made only to be told again they don't have the parts. I called a few times to see if they came in yet I was told yes so we made another appointment. Found out they still didn't have the parts. They called me back to say we have the parts I said are you sure they said this time we do have them,I brought my car in left it there for about 5 hours got a call said they don't have the parts, I had to come pick it up and go home. I received another call saying this time they really did have the parts,so I brought it in again. I received a call same day saying they don't have the roof racks in stock,but will go to Pick them up from another location,so I received my car back the next day. I really feel they should train their staff to get thing done correctly and efficiently. Just because it was a recall situation and I didn't pay for the service the customer service shouldn't have to suffer so poorly. Disappointed ????

David was great. But I was disappointed that when I made the appointment, I was told it was just a basic service and would take 1.5 hours and that I could wait. When I arrived, David explained that I really needed a more extensive service. The uber ride home was a nice touch, but I wish someone who knew what they were doing had booked the appt.

En esta ocasión lamentablemente todas mis inquietudes sobre algunos problemas con mi vehículo no fueron resueltas como el problema con el aire acondicionado,un problema eléctrico con el desbloqueo de las puertas,un problema con el hood y un recall que estaba supuesto a repararse y no se realizó al parecer ya que en mi aplicación sigue apareciendo y me siguen mandando mensaje para que se corrija Tuve que llamar directamente a Lincoln para que me asistieran con mis inquietudes y ellos están en la mejor disposición en ayudar con mis problemas en mi vehículo y me refirieron con otro dealer Lincoln donde explique mis problemas y están dispuestos revisar y corregir lo que se presente y no engañarme Ya que en cuestión de a/c al asesor le mostré que no opera correctamente el a/c no trabajaba y el lo corroboró que no servía y no le importo , también el problema eléctrico con el desbloqueo de las puertas se lo mostré y sus palabras literalmente fueron son partes eléctricas y aveces fallan y le tengo que tener paciencia para que funcione así que yo no note que le importara mi problema con mi vehículo así que esto fue una experiencia muy desagradable Cabe mencionar que el que me dio este reporte fue el asesor Jorge ya que el asesor woody no estaba para darme el supuesto dictamen Al asesor Jorge le pedí hablar con su manger de servicio para demostrar que no operaba correctamente mi vehículo y el no lo vio bien y no me dio la oportunidad de hablar con nadie para exponer mis problemas su Respuesta fue TE VA A DECIR LO MISMO ojalá y alguien ponga una justa observación en este caso
