My only complaint about my Focus is that you new there was a problem with the transmission and you sold it without saying anything about it. This is not on Rob. He has been a loyal top notch employee. It’s a good comfortable car but I can’t keep it after the warranty is up. Please send me the trade in value. Thanks,

Rob kept me appraised of the transmission work. He often deals with difficult customers and appreciated that I understood he was just a messenger. The service from Hansel Ford and hope my Ranger doesn’t have the same issue!

My backup camera was installed upside down, which seems like something you would catch after installing and testing? Kind of a hassle to arrange to bring it in again after this being a recall anyway.
