I wasn’t exactly completely satisfied, but close enough to where I didn’t want to say I wasn’t; Rob provided excellent service, and Fernando did an outstanding job finally getting my alignment dialed in. There was a squeak that the cause of wasn’t found, but I understand sometimes finding something that remote is impossible. It seemed to go away a little while after getting the truck back, but then it came back. I narrowed it down to somewhere in the rear, so thought it might be my spare tire, since that was recently swapped out, gave it a couple good kicks with some steel toes, and voilá, no more squeak...so in the future maybe check if the spare is tightly secured if someone is complaining of a constant squeak. Thanks again guys, overall, an excellent job!

I turn my car in at 8am. I didn’t get called at all
I had to call to ask about my car around 3pm, which my car was done. then the person that answers the phone tells me that they did call me. Which wasn’t true. I hang up the phone and then 10 minutes later I get called that my car is ready

Rob (Robert C Hussey) has always provided me with excellent services. In fact, he’s the best service provider I’ve ever encountered at a car dealership. He’s knowledgeable about the care repairs. He’s a good communicator. He explains the services in layman terms and clarifies further as needed. He is always friendly, polite, responsive and acts professionally. I hope Rob’s supervisor will nominate him for a Hansel Ford excellence service award.
