I do not understand why I had a 7am appointment and the truck was not looked at until 2:30pm. Then I had to call at the end of the day to find out the status of the truck, all three days the truck was there. Turns out it was warranty work and I did not get a loaner. Why it took two days to figure it was covered under warranty is another thing that confused me. The customer is not first, we are more of an afterthought.
