Under your care, someone damaged my car, and the manager was so rude and unprofessional.
. He needs some training on how to be helpful with the customers. It is so shameful that he would rather lose a client than fix the issue. I will never come back to Hansel, and I will make sure that everyone I know knows about it and takes their business someplace else.
Your customer service team once again proves why I keep purchasing cars from and having my services conducted by your company. I could buy a vehicle or have it serviced anywhere. I no longer even live in Santa Rosa. Keep up the great work and I'll keep coming back to this location.

Always have received excellent service. We have bought 4 Ford Rangers, 2 Ford Focuses, 1 Taurus, 1 Ford Fiesta and I am probably missing 1 or 2 and they have all been brand new cars.
Everything was very good EXCEPT, it took longer than I was told. And I had to contact the rep, rather than the rep contacting me. And at the end, when I asked about my car, I was told it needed new wipers. Why was I not told during the servicing so it could have all been handled at the same time? Other than these inconveniences, the service was an excellent experience. Thank you for taking such good and healthy care of your employees, customers, and our vehicles.

Working with Robert is always great! He is quick and efficient with my check in and check out process. He is always friendly and asks how my day is. I appreciate his follow up with how my vehicle service is going!
No repairs were even done. I was requested to bring my vehicle in the day before the repairs were to be done which I did. Waited through the whole next day and they never got to it. I needed my truck for my own purposes and so picked it up at the end of the day. The morning, being cool and damp would have been the best time to replicate the problem. I suppose I will make an attempt to have the problem addressed another time.
