Everyone was very nice and accommodating The only thing was, they were backed up in the service department and had my car for 5 days before repairs. Fortunately I wasn't going anywhere due to Covid.

Primo service as usual; I especially appreciate the ETA being accurate on when my vehicle’s service would be completed, as well as not trying to be upsold on service(s), but rather honestly being told what was needed, and what wasn’t at that time...keeps me coming up to Hansel from SF for service instead of going to a less trustworthy dealer closer by.
