However the woman who take the appointments seem incredibly unorganized. While my car was getting worked on, they called me to tell me I had missed my appointment. They also quoted the wrong price for my service when making the appointment. Maybe retrain?
Everything went really well and the service writer did a GREAT job. I was just a little disappointed that after having the truck for a couple WEEKS that it wasn't given even a quick wash. Kind of minor, but it's almost an expectation these days. The door handle and/armrest should have been wiped down too. Again, very minor issues.
It would have been nice if the car were washed. We are very satisfied with the service.

I had no idea when I purchased the car that diagnostics would not be available to me in Santa Rosa. Now I need to make an appointment in San Rafael to determine the issues with my vehicle. I was also told that part of my service included a car wash with service. Didn't get that either. Not happy with Mazda, but you're Ford and Mazda is now closed so I'm thinking you really don't care. Have not been happy with the car from day 1; this doesn't help. PS Jorge Parra was a good service rep. No complaints about him.

My issue is with the service dept in general. The time before last I was there for a routine maintenance, I picked up my truck and was told there was a small oil leak, and to let them know about it next time so they could fix it under warranty. I was wondering why they didn't call me earlier about fixing it, why not be proactive?
So I went in again last week for another routine service and let them know about the oil leak, expecting to get it taken care of this time. I found out the parts had to be ordered. So now I have to go back once again (third visit now) to get this repaired.
I'm not too happy with Hansel Ford right now.
I need more information about follow up work that needs to be done. Also, when scheduling an appointment I received an immediate notification that my appointment was set however the only reminder I received was a week before the scheduled date of my appointment. The day before reminder would have been helpful.
