Was very communicative and kept me in the loop from beginning to end.
It appears that the service Teck did not change the oil filter at this service. The filter was marked with a black marker and the teck attempted to wipe it off. I can still see some of the mark and also see where he wiped off some of the labels on the filter as well. I still am waiting for a call to replace a small strap that has tore loose from the fold down section of the front seat. The part was ordered at the last service. Please advise on the status of the strap.

I have found the whole Hansel team to be responsible and responsive. I am 83 years old and have a need to feel they care.
My car still alerts me every 10mins to Service now, Brake fluid low. You said it’s “normal”. It’s not normal.
The only thing I might change is to have the person bringing the car at the time of pick up wear gloves when driving the car. It didn’t appear that the gentleman had any gloves on when he exited my truck. Also my clock is an hour off now, but no big deal really, I am still very happy with Hansel Ford. My service guy Mr. Hussey I think it is was Very helpful and polite.
Ps I won’t mention any of this on the manufacturer survey.

Jorge did a good job. We were somewhat frustrated with the scheduling system that allowed so many appointments to be made when staffing was short. We understand that the current circumstances are difficult, but it appeared that far too many appointments were made for the check engine light section. To drop a car off (after waiting 8 days to get in) and find out it probably won’t be looked at for a day or 2 seems unreasonable. Not Jorge’s fault, but a standards of practise problem.
