Accidents will happen. I got my car back and everything seemed fine until I tried to make a phone call. Maybe somebody connected their phone while working on it. Also there's an engine icon that is now lit up. So I'm coming back tomorrow

Woody is an extremely hard working positive person. Although the timeline of my repair was longer than expected. I had an early morning appointment on a Wednesday and my car was not seen by a technician until Thursday afternoon. That was a scheduling issue - although frustrating not Woody’s fault. My high satisfaction rating is for the service provided by Woody.

I’ve been working with service manager Woody. And he has been exceptional. I want to point that out especially. We’ve had some tricky issues with the customized Ford raptor from Rocky Ridge and he has been advocating for me 100% and really thorough and going about the fixes. Terrific service. I’m very grateful
