It’s took too long, you guys did routine oil change and 45,000 miles check-up. That took almost 4 hours , my appointment was 8:30 a.m. and I got out of your parking lot about 12:15 p.m. and he try to give me wrong truck! My truck was not wash? This was my first time the service vehicle come backs to me not washing. Are you guys stop washing service vehicles?

After review and comparison of pricing, Hansel by far has the highest charges and add ons for service. In particular, tire services offered for free at many locations, including mounting, balancing and alignment. These 3 items added $250+. Dollars to my service bill. And a shop rate of $190 is exorbitant . It may be ‘the going rate’ but it is still insane. I love your service, Woody is awesome and takes very good care of me as a customer. Unfortunately, It’s the high cost that may force me to look elsewhere.

Jorge was great! He listened to all my concerns and said they would all be checked out. He suggested that I make another appointment if I was still concerned as my cat was in for a fix of a recall. He was very kind and courteous.
