Have worked with Woody for some years now, long before our purchase of the Lincoln. Have always appreciated and respected his work. Nevertheless, having said that, frankly, the survey question is really useless and rather unfair to your service reps. Just think about the survey question that is directed at Woody and the standard it requires him to achieve, or for that matter, any of your service reps. For example, prior to owning our Navigator, we owned a Ford Expedition, as well as a Fiesta. Ford obviously knows the debacle that occurred with the Fiesta and its transmission nightmare. As we had the Fiesta serviced over the years with its faulty transmission, we often dealt with Woody. Our frustration and anger that was associated with a **** Ford product could have easily been unfairly imputed to Woody, when in fact his service was always professional. Anyway, just a few thoughts. Less than a week after my service, my oil light came on and I am in Sacramento needing to drive 2 hours to get home. It was recommended that I go to have my oil checked and filled and keep the receipts for Hansel to refund me per AJ.
