I didn’t have my car for 3 months. When I got it back, water was leaking in. Shouldn’t have to deal with that for a 5 year Lincoln. Woody was awesome, ,but interior was a mess. It’s white. Not not if I ever buy a Lincoln again, considering money spent on buying it

David took the time to print out the scheduled maintenance for the vehicle and explain to me when an item is replaced as I was asking for item to be replaced now. David displayed excellent customer service especially during COVID.

I appreciate your team taking the next steps after they could not figure out what was wrong with car by contacting Ford engineers. However I had to drive down to make sure the service I deserved was fulfilled and get my questions answered. Please review history of car and give it back until you have done something to fix it. Give the type of service you would want for yourself or your family.
