I have always had aj and felt very cool about his service. I was given George today. For starters the lady who took my appointment, put 10 and I am pretty sure I said 11 but I apologized and was seen however she informed after I inquired about my maintenence package and she twice confirmed that I had 5 more oil services left. The last time I called I recieved that answer as well with reporting my mileage. As I know covid has affected all, I missed that appointment and I know it was not intentional but twice to be told the incorrect information in a business regardless of me knowing my package, I should have been given correct information atleast once. When I was shocked to pay 100 and had to figure out transport to a bank to deposit a check to deposit my check, as I wasn't expecting this and didn't want to lose my needed appointment, i had to call a friend and then George was rude again. I am not sure if I was rude by being tired but the friendliness was very poor to me when I just wanted to get my car done. Tnis time is stressful and I really did not appreciate how we were spoken to by him, and then him telling me my car couldn't be paid for because of parts etc when I was getting a standard oil change that he said was 99? I'm confused of where other charges would add to this? The end of our appointment was ok and its a sensitive time,, but most of it was pretty awkwardly not necessary and my friend agreed.. Aj was as always very nice and cool.

Jorge was absolutely wonderful from the second I stepped into the service building. He made sure I felt comfortable and confident in Ford to take care of my car and provide the best of customer service. When I came across a problem with financials due to a Covid caused furlough Jorge took the extra step to find a solution that worked for me and gave me an absolute Christmas Miracle. I will always make sure to ask for Jorge when it comes to anything regarding Ford.
David helped me earlier than they were actually open to get a lift so that i could get to work on time as an RN which i appreciate so much. he was very kind and professional.

Everything went very smoothly. The estimate of time I would wait was accurate. Safe and hygienic measures during COVID19 epidemic were observed. I was treated with friendliness and felt reassured that my car was in good shape.
