I took my car in to be serviced on 12/31 and had mentioned that my car had died a month prior and if they could look into that. It was also recommended last servicing to replace the battery as it was getting towards end of life. I was expecting that was related to the car not starting month prior and was ready to replace the battery this appointment.
During this servicing appointment I was told my battery was fine and no issues. The next day, 1/1 my car would not start. I called AAA and they came out and said my battery was bad and needed to be replaced and they took care of it on the spot.
I am disappointed that not only was this issue not looked into during the servicing appointment but I was told the battery was fine. I will be cancelling my pre-paid service plan as I don’t feel I can trust that I am getting what I am paying for and will be taking my car somewhere else to be serviced.
Professionally handled throughout the entire experience. Robert is great at what he does. He also provided a seamless hand off to the woman who arranged the loaner car. Excellent customer service. Many thanks Susan
I was told it would be made January before my car was fixed and it was fixed really fast I did make a trade in and I have another name for I love Ford and the service was wonderful

As I arrived to my appointment there was not record of why I was bring in my car. Jorge had no idea and I could not explain. It was not a smooth beginning. There was a point in our conversation, we had to just stop and breathe. It was stressful, to tell the truth that all my papers ready as I was ready to bring in my car and get it serviced, it needed a new engine. I was told I could drive with it as long as the Red engine light was off. I tried to explain except I didn’t know exactly what was wrong. But the person who helped me prior, I thought typed all that down for the appointment. Which was not the case. I told the young man ...because I made an appointment a month ago and they are going to loan me a car.
We handled the rest of the appointment gently and I left the car with them in my loaner.
When I came to pick up the car, George was a delight. He commented on my going message on my phone. He said, I’m glad you don’t pick up your phone because I like your outgoing message. “ Kind of him to say. I appreciate the business of sales, I appreciate feeling joy in his comments. I did not appreciate the struggle of the first appointment. It was very uncomfortable. And I can understand how frustrating it must have been for George because he was trying his best to find the info that was supposed to be recorded for my appointment.
Woody also provides the highest level of service.
Did not get a good service.
I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Woody.
