Had my car there for 2 months. Something's not right,
so i take to it a different dealer and that's Not the problem.
So i waited from November to Feb and what i was waiting
for was an incorrect assessment.
The problem was bent pins in the rear brakes.
But I was made to think that I was the problem,
because I knew something wasn't right so i complained.
Hansel made me to be the jerk when they actually
are smooth at gaslighting. A perverted method of communication.
Called cover your **** at the expense of the customer.
But who cares, I'm just one person.
Staff go above and beyond providing stellar-level customer service.
