Bad servies in front desk. There was 5 people to help me and no one did. I had a bad Expirence. I had an appoinment simple it was an oil change for my ford f-150 and they took to long after like 1 hour and a half i was informed that they damaged my truck fan shroud that was a simply and fast job. We had an appointment yet we had to wait in a line to checkin where not enough physical distancing was available. Masks need to be two layers and have wires keeping the mask above nose. There needs to be a way to check in via phone.
AJ was great and we appreciated his calls so we could pay via phone and avoid going back in the building.

Jorge was cheerful and polite and most importantly directed me to a waiting room in the back where I sat all by myself feeling very safe. When he came and got me and told me my car was ready it took exactly an hour and a half, just like he had told me when we started.
