You had my truck for almost 1 month, replaced the torque converter, I have had it back 1 day and the truck is not fixed and is still making the same sound I brought it in for. On top of my truck not being fixed, you didn’t have the courtesy to wash it. As far as the service representative Rob Hussey, I have no real complaints, he was friendly, professional, and kept in contact with me during the month my truck was in your possession. I am extremely disappointed in the effort that was not put into the repair of my truck. Doug DeLuca.
