I’ve been dealing with Woody for years he’s done a great job for me the surveys a smidgen soon because my service is not complete my car is not going to be ready until Tuesday and this is coming to be on a Sunday night but if you look at all of your other surveys I enjoy my service that’s why I keep coming back. Your service is expensive but you have always done it right and that is important to me
Jorge took the time to communicate and keep me apprised. He also followed up with engineering on a nearly 4-year-old issue that has yet to be resolved with the mirrors. He may have found a solution. Nice job Jorge!!!
