I always ask for AJ. But as a telephone customer service health insurance agent, I have to say that I love being a good customer and I always look for people that love giving great customer service. It just seems to come natural for your team everybody is always very warm and welcoming and professional which is very much appreciated! On top of that, I trust the service I received for my car.
Jorge worked really hard to make sure my Truck was completed in the specified time, he really understood my needs for my occupation super KUDOS!

I told the service person I would be waiting for my car and was told it would be an hour wait. It turned to 3 hours! And when my car was FINALLY done getting an oil change! They said the “guys took lunch at 12” my appointment was at 10 so you mean to tell me they couldn’t get my car done before 12 even though an hour and half wait means it should have been done at 11:30!! Needless to say despite my maintenance package I purchased with my car, I will never go back to Hansel Ford and will pay an honest man for my service at Tri Star!
