Anthony was a doing a great job ! It was your policy at the moment of not washing cars. As I was sitting out front I noticed a customer's F-150 washed. I thought you weren't washing customer's cars . SO that's my only complaint. My service writer was Carol Johnson. Been with her for MANY YEARS . She was the best I miss her . So making new contacts will be great. Thank you for listening

It was impressive to see the smooth process from driving up to the wait line, walking to the sliding entry door and being acknowledged & greeted by Robert . The customer service area was clean and in keeping with the Covid guidelines. I’m hearing impaired and told Robert I couldn’t understand what he said with the glass & mask. He said okay, leaned in closer and spoke a little louder as well as distinctly. He gave me a completion estimate which your team met. It was a great experience. Service with a smile.
