I texted questions as directed three times over 1 1/2 hours, called (before noon/lunch) and rang at least 15 times without answer. Got a call back after 1pm. Was told didn’t have part to complete recall work. Had to make another appointment.

Woody is always efficient and helpful. The only reason I brought my car back to Hansel is because the battery was still under warranty. Hansel Ford is a company I will never do business with under any other circumstances.
