It took two full weeks to repair the power steering and the second issue was not fixed. There is a very loud knocking sound coming out of the dash. When I pointed this out as I got in to drive away Josh said “just bring it back” It grape harvest time and I need my truck. Given the unresponsive service I will be looking to have someone else repair it unless you guarantee one day turnaround

I did not receive a car wash, because he told me that only oil changes, routine service, and warranty work received a car wash. ???? My need was a recall on my braking system, I don't feel important
