Rob Hussey is excellent. However I still do not believe it too an entire hour of diagnostic time to determine if the switch was faulty or the motor for the rear slider on my truck.

Rob consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. On this recent visit I understand that Hansel May be short on some techs for warranty work and Rob was still able to make it happen for me in a timely manner wi th something that I thought could be a serious safety issue. I had tried with He try Curtis but was treated poorly by Phil in a phone conversation and was actually very angry after that experience. Rob was able to turn it all around and get my vehicle back to me within 36 hours when initially it wasn’t going to even be looked at until the following week. Will always come back to Hansel specifically because of Rob.
