I had a pair of white (fog white) workout shoes, I’ve only worn 4 times, that someone decided to grabbed with black grime on their hands and left black marks on one of the shoe and laces. That is not right and I am not happy about that. They’re $139 dollar shoes. I just spend over 1k for your services and in return leave with my personal belongings damaged.

I brought my truck in right at closing time due to an emergency oil leak. Ron went out of his way to secure a rental car even though they were closing at the rental dealership. It turned out that it was a problem due to neglect from a service technician not tightening up the oil filter that caused a lot of inconvenience but Rob did his part to make it as tolerable as possible.
