The service we receive is always very good and this is why we keep coming to Hansel Ford.
I made an appointment at 1:00 pm, so that I would be able to leave promptly. I made a doctors appointment at 4:00 pm thinking that I would have plenty of time to have an oil change at Hansel-Ford, drive home, then drive to my medical appointment. Changing the oil took from standing in line, to checking in the truck at 1:10 pm (finally) to leaving at 3:20 pm.
The oil change “quality” was sufficient: B+
2 hrs. 20 min. to complete an oil change (with an appointment): C-
Next time I’ll go to EZ-Oil-Change

My lyft driver that was taking me back to the dealership sadly got a flat tire about a mile down the street so I started walking it and called into the dealership. AJ comes down and picks me up in my car and makes my headache of a day turn into happiness.
AJ always smiles and has positive vibes and energy while being so polite. All the interactions I have had with him have been awesome and I definitely will be a loyal customer because of AJ.
I was very pleased at Hansel Ford today, as well as the experience I had with Jorge A Parra. He’s very courtesy, helpful & knowledgeable. He is also so patient with me and makes sure to explain everything to me.

Great experience all around. AJ discovered a problem I was not aware of due to my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars and took the extra step of getting it fixed for me. Very happy with Ford!

I feel I was over charged for the diagnostics. The truck needed a repair of $2000 after the diagnostic which I declined. However when I went to pick up the truck I was charged $400 dollars. The receipt did not indicate any labor or costs. Just seemed a bit random without any clarification.
Friendly efficient service. I’ve been a Ford customer for many years and always been satisfied.
