Though Rob has been amazing at trying to help me, the issue with my car is still happening. In fact it drives worse than before. This is concerning because i do have my grandkids quite a bit. At this point I can’t trust my car enough to have them in it.

Woody was great and let me know what the status of my truck was. He did inform me that the truck would bounce between electrical and transmission in order to diagnose the issues I was having. I was without a truck for 3 days which was a bit frustrating. I needed to rent a car on the last day as I had an event to go to. I wish the diagnoses of the warranty issues went as quickly as the maintenance part.
