As a business owner myself, I found the last dealing with Jorge to be unsatisfactory. He was very rude and I will not work with him in the future. We have service package through Hansel Ford for our Mazda, so we are stuck bringing our car there.
I was the CUSTOMER and should not have been subjected to his rudeness. It was very upsetting to be SNAPPED at and told DON'T TAKE THAT TONE WITH ME, and he kept snapping. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER WORK WITH HIM AGAIN. (my car was brought up from service, and the driver drove right past me, where I was standing next to my flat tire that was supposed to already be in the back of my car. I threw my hands up and Jorge came up saying "What's your problem, and I said, he drove right past me and I am not able to carry this tire down there. That's when he said, DON'T TAKE THAT TONE WITH ME. I am not a happy Customer.

This not feedback on Jorge or Alex or any techs who have helped me with my car appointments — they are each GREAT. This feedback is on the dealership overall and is based on 3-4 or more appointments.
It takes FAR too long to get an appointment and you keep my car too long with each appointment. Also the person who schedules the appointments is rude, impatient, and doesn’t seem to understand the types of appointments she is scheduling. She says she has no information about how long the appointment will take, and she’s rude and impatient with any customer questions.
Finally, no car wash? Because of COVID? That is puzzling. I’m not even sure you checked my tires - which ahs always been a basic service. Are your prices lower? I don’t think so. But these services have been cut.
The techs are always GREAT and they are the reason I keep coming back.

Woody was great. Very helpful. He also helped me set my seat and mirrors so I could drive the car home.
When I arrived to the service counter at Ford about 2:pm ....There was no one in line and 4 very busy looking tellers. AJ had a customer .
They All saw me and said “ someone will be right with you. “. I stood there For what seems like forever...( that’s how is it when you are the only one in line and no one is helping you, I even walked closer to them to try to get something... nada... So I walked outside to ask someone else with a FORD shirt to help me. He did... it was at that point AJ took over. AJ WAS THE ONLY one assisting someone else when I got there. I always get good service from these guys... I just don’t get why the other 3 tellers couldn’t stop for a moment just to ask me ... what I was there for. The man that helped me was awesome! They told me they were going to get the dead rodent out, wash it and return my car for no charge. That man was awesome. AJ / George And all of your front line tellers are great. A little bit of courtesy and not keeping me wait so long just ask a question would Have been nice.
Appreciate the good communication.
