Jorge again went above and beyond with his kindness and attention to ensuring I was okay while waiting for me car to be serviced. He remembered the last time I was and checked in about some issues that I had then. He is attentive to details and very pleasant to talk with.

He was very attentive even though he seemed to be overwhelmed because of the number of customers. He handled all the customers by himself at the desk and was very courteous and followed up with us to inform of us the delay. He deserves either help at the desk or a pay raise for maintaining his composure under pressure. Well done Jorge!!

Woody is one of your biggest assets! He takes the time to explain all areas of repairs and potential pitfalls. In the little time I have spent at Hansel Ford, it doesn't matter who you are, Woody take the time to ensure your informed. For me, there is no question that Woody is honest. This reflects greatly on Hansel Ford to maintain a staff that is honest. I see no problems with me bring back my truck for any repair needs and a new purchase in the future. Thanks Woody

It's nice to have someone to work on my car who won't try to up sell me with phony work that "needs to be done" and does not need attention at all. Auto Nation typically did that. It is refreshing to find Rob and by extension Hansel Ford, does not do that. Thank you.

I have never had such a complete breakdown in communication during a service experience with a Ford service center. We typically go to Walnut Creek ford and the difference in customer experience is night and day. Extremely disappointing. I was ready to complete a repair and add on a comprehensive 60k mile maintenance and left without doing the maintenance because I was so disappointed in the experience. We will take our business elsewhere in the future and expect more from a service center. I hope you and your team read this review and take a real look at the operation you’re running.
