I was not notified of what the work that was going to be performed on my car. When I picked up my vehicle, the interior was a mess and no floor mat was placed in the driver's area. I had to clean it up myself. The car was in the shop over a week. Upon reviewing the RO, there is an unexplained charge that is similar to the initial diagnostic charge. None of the work was explained to me without me first asking. I was told that the heat shield covers that have been loose since a prior visit were "not a big deal". It was simply pulled off by another service advisor. ON this visit, I was told it should be covered is a safety concern. Why are there always on-going issues each time I pick up my car?
