The only issue was that the seat cover and the dirty floor sheet were left in the truck for me to dispose of. No biggy though.

My first visit to a Hansel facility. Very busy! Woody was very patient and helpful, explained possible causes of the problem with my car, made recommendations. Only negative, they were unable to fix the problem.
Also would note that the shuttle service was excellent and appreciated and Debbie was very pleasant (and a good driver).
